Amend CSHB 1813 (house committee report) on page 2, by striking lines 12 through 21 and substituting the following:
under Subsection (a)(2) opposing a school district if the individual has been determined to have engaged in a false, misleading, or deceptive act or practice actionable under Subchapter E, Chapter 17, Business & Commerce Code [if:
[(A) the individual has prior employment experience with the district; and
[(B) the district raises an objection to the individual serving as a representative];
