Amend CSHB 1846 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, lines 4 and 5, strike "executive director of the Public Utility Commission of Texas" and substitute "director".

(2)  On page 2, lines 7 and 8, strike "executive director of the Public Utility Commission of Texas" and substitute "director".
