Amend CSHB 2145 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, lines 8 and 9, strike "shall ensure that" and substitute "may authorize".

(2)  On page 1, line 10, strike "includes a sufficient number of" and substitute "to include".

(3)  On page 1, lines 11 and 12, between "of" and "electric", insert "authorized".

(4)  On page 2, line 3, strike "required" and substitute "authorized".

(5)  On page 2, line 5, strike "required" and substitute "authorized".

(6)  On page 2, line 6, between "garage" and the underlined period, insert "and include a requirement that construction of electric vehicle charging stations under this section be done at no cost to the state".
