Amend CSHB 2213 (house committee report) on page 1 of the bill as follows:

(1)  On line 5, strike "Section 2210.102(d), Insurance Code, is" and substitute "Sections 2210.102(c-1) and (d), Insurance Code, are".

(2)  Between lines 6 and 7, insert the following:

(c-1)  At least one [One] of the members appointed under Subsection (c) must be a property and casualty agent who is licensed under this code, is actively offering or selling Texas windstorm and hail insurance policies under this chapter, and is not a captive agent.
