Amend HB 2213 on third reading in SECTION 1 of the bill, amending Section 2210.102, Insurance Code, as follows:

(1)  In the recital, strike "Sections 2210.102(c-1) and (d)" and substitute "Sections 2210.102(b), (c-1), and (d)".

(2)  Immediately after the recital, insert the following:

(b)  Three members must be:

(1)  representatives of the insurance industry who actively write or sell [and renew] windstorm and hail insurance in the first tier coastal counties; and

(2)  residents of this state.
