Amend HB 2266 (house committee report) on page 1 by striking lines 14 through 16 and substituting the following:
(2) if the operator of the facility described by Subdivision (1) did not own the land on which the facility was located, reclaimed the land disturbed by the facility:
(A) before the 180th day after the date the facility ceased operating; or
(B) according to the terms of any lease agreement between the operator and the landowner.
