The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend HB 2347 on third reading by striking added Section 562.051(c), Local Government Code, and substituting the following:
(c) Water conservation standards established under Subsection (b) apply only to water used for landscaping on a tract of land being developed, redeveloped, or subdivided for residential development.
