Amend CSHB 2455 (house committee report) on page 1, line 24, through page 2, line 2, by striking "a port of entry that is located in a municipality with a population of 75,000 or more" and substituting "an international bridge that is owned, wholly or partially, by a municipality in this state with a population of 50,000 or more but less than 85,000".
