Amend HB 2464 on third reading as follows:

(1)  Strike the SECTION of the bill added by Amendment No. 1 by Bernal that added Section 250.014, Local Government Code, to the bill.

(2)  Strike the SECTION of the bill added by Amendment No. 1 by Bernal that provides transition language for added Section 250.014, Local Government Code.
