Amend HB 2464 on third reading in the SECTION of the bill adding Section 229.902, Local Government Code, as follows:
(1) In Subsection (a)(3)(B) after the underlined semicolon, strike "and".
(2) In Subsection (a)(3)(C) between "street" and the underlined period, insert the following:

(D) does not substantially increase noise in the area or violate a municipal noise ordinance, regulation, or rule
