Amend CSHB 2618 (house committee report) on page 2 as follows:

(1)  On lines 5 through 7, strike "changes in the incidence and prevalence of severe weather on the social, economic, and ecological systems of this state" and substitute "severe weather".

(2)  On line 17, strike "changes in the incidence and prevalence of".

(3)  On lines 21 and 22, strike "changes in the incidence and prevalence of".
