HB 2803, Hse 2nd Rdg, Amnd #2

Amend HB 2803 (house committee report) as follows:

(1) On page 1, line 7, strike "Subsection (i)" and substitute "Subsections (i) and (j)".

(2) On page 1, between lines 11 and 12, insert the following:

(j) The secretary of state shall prescribe a form for the signed statement required by Subsection (i).
