Amend HB 3126 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 7, between "DISTRICT" and "PROGRAM", insert "AND CHARTER SCHOOL".

(2)  Add "or charter school" after "school district" in each of the following places it appears:

(A)  On page 1, line 8;

(B)  On page 1, line 14;

(C)  On page 2, line 2;

(D)  On page 2, line 4; and

(E)  On page 2, line 8.

(3)  Add "or school" after "district" in each of the following places it appears:

(A)  On page 1, line 12; and

(B)  On page 1, line 18.

(4)  On page 1, line 13, strike "500" and substitute "1,500".

(5)  Add "or school's" after "district's" in each of the following places it appears:

(A)  On page 1, line 17; and

(B)  On page 1, line 20.
