Amend HB 3181 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 11, between "court" and "for", insert "at least three times".

(2)  On page 1, line 14, strike "a temporary order and".

(3)  Between "court" and "for", insert "at least three times" in each of the following places:

(A)  on page 2, line 6;

(B)  on page 2, line 18; and

(C)  on page 3, line 11.
