Amend HB 3211 on third reading as follows:

(1)  Strike the SECTION of the bill adding Section 540.0281, Government Code, as added by the Buckley amendment on second reading.

(2)  Strike the SECTION of the bill requiring a contract between the Health and Human Services Commission and a managed care organization to require the managed care organization to comply with Section 540.0281, Government Code, and requiring the Health and Human Services Commission to seek to amend existing contracts between the Health and Human Services Commission and a managed care organization to comply with Section 540.0281, Government Code, as added by the Buckley amendment on second reading.

(3)  Strike the SECTION of the bill requiring a state agency to request a waiver or authorization from a federal agency if the state agency determines a waiver or authorization is necessary to implement a provision of the Act, as added by the Buckley amendment on second reading.

(4)  Renumber the SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
