The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend CSHB 3225 (house committee report) by striking page 1, line 10, through page 5, line 16, and substituting the following:
Sec. 310.001. RESTRICTED SECTION OF PUBLIC LIBRARY. (a) Each municipal public library must have a restricted section for books containing material harmful to children.
(b) Each library shall ensure that the restricted section may only be accessed by:
(1) adults; or
(2) children under 18 years of age with permission of a parent or guardian.
