Amend CSHB 3306 (house committee printing) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, line 24, between "electric cooperative" and the underlined comma, insert "or a municipally owned utility".

(2)  On page 2, lines 24-25, strike "that term is" and substitute "those terms are".
