Amend HB 3309 (house committee report) on page 2, between lines 8 and 9, by adding the following appropriately lettered subsection and relettering subsequent subsections and cross-references to those subsections accordingly:
(____) A citation issued under this section may not be mailed or transmitted electronically to a violator after the time of the violation.
