Amend CSHB 3511 (house committee report) on page 1, lines 19 through 21 by striking "Laboratories, the National Electrical Code, the National Electrical Safety Code, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers" and substituting "Laboratories and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, with the National Electrical Code, or with the National Electrical Safety Code".
