Amend Amendment No. 2 to CSHB 3511 by striking the text of the amendment and substituting the following:

Amend CSHB 3511 on page 1, lines 19 through 21, by striking "applicable standards published by the Underwriters Laboratories, the National Electrical Code, the National Electrical Safety Code, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers" and substituting "the National Electrical Code or the National Electrical Safety Code".
