Amend HB 3520 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 2, line 18, between the period and "At", insert "(a)".
(2) On page 2, strike lines 26 and 27 and substitute the following:
(2) uninsured and [or] underinsured motorist coverage with a total aggregate limit of liability of $1 million for death, bodily injury, and property damage for each incident [where required by Section 1952.101]; and
(3) On page 3, between lines 2 and 3, insert the following:
(b) The automobile insurance policy must provide that payment of a transportation network company rider's claim under the uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage required by Subsection (a)(2) may be made only after the total aggregate liability limit of the coverage held by the rider is reached.
