Amend HB 3520 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, line 2, between "provide" and the semicolon, insert ", at a minimum".

(2)  On page 2, strike lines 3 through 10 and substitute the following:

(1)  [the following minimum amounts of liability insurance] coverage with a total aggregate limit of liability of $500,000 [:]

[(A) $50,000] for bodily injury, [to or] death, and property damage for each [person in an] incident;

[(B) $100,000 for bodily injury to or death of a person per incident; and]

[(C) $25,000 for damage to or destruction of property of others in an incident;]
