Amend CSHB 4112 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike ", including a facility that stores high-level radioactive waste, and subject to Subsection (d)," and substitute "in accordance with Subsection (d),".
(2) Strike page 1, line 24, through page 2, line 3, and substitute the following:
(d) A facility permitted under the exception provided by Subsection (c) may store high-level radioactive waste only at the nuclear power reactor or nuclear research and test reactor operated by a university at which the waste originated.
(3) On page 2, line 10, strike ", and subject to Subsection (b)," and substitute "in accordance with Subsection (b),".
(4) On page 2, strike lines 13-16 and substitute the following:
(b) A facility permitted under the exception provided by Subsection (a) may store high-level radioactive waste only at the nuclear power reactor or nuclear research and test reactor operated by a university at which the waste originated.
