Amend HB 4204 (house committee report) on page 2 by striking lines 17 through 20 and substituting the following:

(4)  a dedicatory instrument as defined by Section 202.001, Property Code, created in the formation of a property owners' association as defined by Section 202.001, Property Code, or an amendment to the dedicatory instrument;
