Amend HB 4212 (house committee report) as follows:
(1) Strike added Section 31.205, Natural Resources Code (page 3, lines 23 and 24), and renumber subsequent sections of added Subchapter F, Chapter 31, Natural Resources Code, and cross-references to those sections accordingly.
(2) On page 5, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following:
(h) Once the account balance is greater than $1 million, the conservation board shall assess the staffing needs of the conservation board.
