Amend HB 4398 (house committee report) on page 1, immediately following line 24, by adding the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) This section applies only to the process to obtain a municipal building permit authorized or required under this chapter. Nothing in this section may be construed to affect municipal zoning.
