Amend HB 4666 on third reading by adding the following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
SECTION ____. Chapter 1, Health and Safety Code, is amended by adding Section 1.006 to read as follows:
Sec. 1.006. REPORTS. Notwithstanding any other law, each report that is required by this code to be submitted to the governor or a member of the legislature must be submitted not later than December 1 of the year that the report is due.
