Amend HB 4960 (house committee report) on page 2 as follows:

(1)  On line 4, strike "amending Subsection (e) and".

(2)  Strike lines 6 through 8.

(3)  On lines 10 through 12, strike "each individual text message that is distributed or broadcast as part of a mass text message campaign in violation of this section is a separate violation" and substitute "all text messages that are distributed or broadcast as part of a single mass text message campaign that violates this section constitute only one violation of this section".
