Amend CSHB 5129 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, lines 14 and 15, strike "has the meaning assigned by Section 72.001, Business & Commerce Code, and".

(2)  On page 2, lines 16 and 17, strike "a state statute other than Chapter 552" and substitute "another law of this state".
