Amend CSHB 5699 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 3, lines 7 and 8, strike "before an exclusion of property from the district under Section 8024A.0201".

(2)  On page 3, line 10, between "exclusion" and "without", insert "of property from the district under Section 8024A.0201".
