Amend HJR 7 (house committee report) on page 1 of the resolution as follows:
(1) On line 10, strike "the net revenue" and substitute "$1 billion of the net revenue".
(2) On line 14, strike the underscored comma and substitute an underscored period.
(3) Strike lines 15 through 17.
