Amend CSSB 1 (house committee printing) in Article I of the substitute, following the appropriations to the Historical Commission, by amending Rider 6, Cultural Diversity Scholarships (page I-72), to add the following immediately after the period at the end of the rider:
The scholarship may not be awarded on the basis of a person's age, sex, race, or religion.
