Amend CSSB 1 (house committee report) in Article I of the bill, following the appropriations to the Secretary of State (page I-99), by adding the following appropriately numbered riders:

____.  Publicly Available Election Data. Out of funds appropriated above in Strategy B.1.4, Elections Improvement, it is the intent of the legislature that the office shall use funds to publish and maintain on its publicly accessible Internet website a comprehensive list of all local, state, and federal elections held in this state, including the date of the election and the entity holding the election.
