Amend CSSB 1 (house committee report) in Article III of the bill, following the appropriations to Texas A&M University (III-107), by adding the following appropriately numbered rider:
____. Stipend for Out-of-State Students in Corps of Cadets. Using money appropriated above, Texas A&M University may provide stipends to out-of-state students for service in the Corps of Cadets to offset all or a portion of nonresident tuition at the university.
