Amend CSSB 1 (house committee printing) in Part 6, Article IX, General Limitations on Expenditures (page IX-30), by adding the following appropriately numbered section:
Sec. 6.____. Outside Legal Fees. The Office of the Attorney General may not use money appropriated under this Act to pay for outside legal expenses that exceed $500 per hour.
