Amend CSSB 1 (house committee report) in Article I of the bill, following the appropriations to the Trusteed Programs within the Office of the Governor (page I-68), by adding the following appropriately numbered riders:

Out of funds appropriated above in Strategy C.1.1, Promote Texas, it is the intent of the legislature that the office shall use funds to market and promote the state both domestically and internationally through advertising, public service announcements, and other means that focus on state and federal laws that people should be aware of before entering the state.
