Amend CSSB 2 (house committee report) on page 8, between lines 5 and 6, by inserting the following appropriately lettered subsection:
(____) Notwithstanding Subsection (a) or (b), a child is not eligible to participate in the program during the period in which the child's parent is a state representative, state senator, or statewide elected official.
