Amend CSSB 17 (house committee report) on page 8, between lines 17 and 18, by inserting the following:
Sec. 5.257. ECONOMIC IMPACT REPORT. The comptroller shall publish an annual report on the effect of the implementation of this subchapter on the economy of this state.
