Amend CSSB 17 (house committee report) on page 3, between lines 19 and 20, by inserting the following section and renumbering subsequent sections and cross-references to those sections appropriately:
Sec. 5.252. CONSTRUCTION AND APPLICATION. Nothing in this subchapter may be construed or applied in a manner inconsistent with the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. Section 3601 et seq.).
