Amend SB 17 on third reading, in the SECTION of the bill adding Subchapter H, Chapter 5, Property Code, by striking added Section 5.253(4)(A), Property Code, as amended on second reading by Amendment No. 4 by Shaheen, and substitute the following:
(A) is domiciled in a designated country;
