Amend SB 17 on third reading, in the SECTION of the bill adding Subchapter H, Chapter 5, Property Code, by striking Section 5.253(4)(A), Property Code (as amended on second reading by Amendment No. 4 by Shaheen), and substituting the following:
(A) is domiciled in a designated country, except that an individual who is lawfully present and residing in the United States at the time the individual purchases, acquires, or holds the interest may purchase a single-family home that is intended for use as the individual's primary residence;
