Amend Amendment No. 1 by Hull to CSSB 25 on page 1 of the amendment as follows:

(1)  On line 6, strike "14 and 18" and substitute "14, 18, and 19".

(2)  On line 7, strike "13 and 25" and substitute "11, 13, and 25".
