Amend CSSB 25 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 1, line 24, strike "six [four]" and substitute "four".

(2)  On page 17, lines 19 through 25, strike Subsection (a) of SECTION 15.

(3)  On page 17, line 26, strike "(b)".
