Amend SB 28 (senate committee report), in SECTION 2 of the bill, adding Section 466.318, Government Code (page 1, line 44), between "APPLICATION." and "(a)" by inserting the following appropriately lettered subsection to the section and relettering subsequent subsections of the section and cross-references to those subsections accordingly:
