Amend CSSB 506 (house committee report) as follows:

(1)  On page 2, line 8, strike "or prejudicial" and substitute "prejudicial, or would violate state law".

(2)  On page 2, line 10, strike "or prejudicial" and substitute "prejudicial, or would violate state law".

(3)  On page 2, line 18, strike "or prejudicial" and substitute "prejudicial, or would violate state law".
