Amend SB 609 (senate committee printing) by inserting ", in good faith," between "to" and "implement" in each of the following places the words appear:

(1)  in SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 11.012, Education Code (page 1, line 30);

(2)  in SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Section 12.013(c), Education Code (page 1, line 36);

(3)  in SECTION 3 of the bill, in added Section 12.056(c), Education Code (page 1, line 42); and

(4)  in SECTION 4 of the bill, in added Section 12.104(e), Education Code (page 1, line 48).
