Amend SB 761 as follows:

(1)  On page 1, lines 15-17, strike ", at least five business days before the date of the presentation of the agreement to the court or otherwise as soon as reasonably practicable,".

(2)  On page 6, lines 4 and 5, strike "(f), (g), (h), and (i)" and substitute "(f) and (g)".

(3)  Strike page 6, line 21 through page 7, line 9.

(4)  On page 7, line 10, strike "(i)" and substitute "(g)".

(5)  On page 11, strike lines 3-5, and substitute "bargain agreement.".

(6)  On page 11, lines 24-27, strike "at least five business days before the date of the presentation of a plea bargain agreement to the court or otherwise as soon [far] as reasonably practicable [practical]" and substitute "as far as reasonably practical".
