SB 1024, Sen 2nd Rdg, Amnd #F1

Amend SB 1024 (senate committee report) as follows:

(1) Strike the recital to SECTION 1 of the bill adding Section 1431.002(d), Government Code (page 1, lines 20 and 21), and substitute the following:

SECTION 1. Section 1431.002, Government Code, is amended by adding Subsections (d) and (e) to read as follows:

(2) In SECTION 1 of the bill, in added Section 1431.002(d), Government Code (page 1, line 24), between "incurred if" and "a bond", insert the following:
