The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend SB 1188 (house committee report) on page 2, between lines 15 and 16, by inserting the following:
Sec. 183.0015. PROHIBITED RELEASE OF ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD. Notwithstanding any other law or provision of this chapter, a covered entity may not release a patient's electronic health record without the patient's express consent.
