The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.
Amend SB 1188 (house committee report) on page 5, between lines 21 and 22, by inserting the following:
(c) If an individual's biological sex is amended under Subsection (a)(2), the covered entity shall notify the individual that the individual's electronic health record information has been amended.
